3.1.12. Forward epiploons

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
M10 engine, cam-shaft epiploon
1. Remove the top cover of a chain.
2. Beat out an epiploon from the inside of a cover, having put a cover on wooden whetstones.
3. Grease and press a new epiploon blows to the mandrel of suitable diameter resting against an external part of an epiploon.
4. Further assembly is carried out upside-down.
M10 engine, crankshaft epiploon
5. Remove a pulley and an uspokoitel.
6. Accurately hook an epiploon the screw-driver which is wrapped up by an adhesive tape and get.
7. Clear an opening under an epiploon, grease and press a new epiploon blows to the mandrel of suitable diameter resting against an external part of an epiploon.
8. Further assembly is carried out upside-down.
M20 and M40 engines, cam-shaft epiploon
9. Take off a belt and an asterisk of a cam-shaft.
10. On the M20 engine get the epiploon case from a head of cylinders, having unscrewed 2 screws and turning the case in both parties.
11. On the M20 engine carefully beat out an epiploon from the inside of the case, having put the case on wooden whetstones.
12. On the M40 engine accurately hook an epiploon the screw-driver which is wrapped up by an adhesive tape and get from a head of cylinders.
13. Grease working edges and an external surface of a new epiploon with universal lubricant.
14. On the M40 engine wrap up a shaft neck an adhesive tape and dress an epiploon.
15. Press a new epiploon blows to the mandrel of suitable diameter resting against an external part of an epiploon.
16. On the M20 engine replace a sealant of the case of an epiploon and install the case, tighten screws.
17. Further assembly is carried out upside-down.
M20 engine, epiploons of the crankshaft and intermediate shaft
18. Take off a gear belt, pulleys of the crankshaft and an intermediate shaft.
19. Remove a forward cover, having turned off bolts (including 3 lower bolts which the pallet fastens) and having opened consolidation with blows of the rubber hammer, accurately clear of the remains of consolidation and beat out an epiploon from the inside of a cover, having put a cover on wooden whetstones.
20. Grease and press a new epiploon blows to the mandrel of suitable diameter resting against an external part of an epiploon.
21. Establish a cover, having replaced laying and having applied RTV sealant on the condensed places and a joint of a cover with the pallet and the block of cylinders.
22. Further assembly is carried out upside-down.
M40 engine, forward epiploon of the crankshaft
23. Take off a gear belt and an asterisk.
24. Remove a segment spline from the crankshaft.
25. Accurately hook an epiploon the screw-driver which is wrapped up by an adhesive tape and get. If the epiploon does not give in to removal, then drill openings and screw screws self-tapping screws and get an epiploon for heads of screws.
26. Clear an opening under an epiploon, grease and press a new epiploon without distortions blows to the mandrel of suitable diameter resting against an external part of an epiploon.
27. Further assembly is carried out upside-down. Replace a gear belt.
