Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove transmission.
2. Record coupling, having inserted a mandrel.
3. Find adjusting tags, at their absence designate the provision of coupling on a flywheel.
4. Gradually and evenly release bolts, turn off bolts and remove coupling.

Check

Frictional disk

1. Frictional slip

2. Rivets

3. A tag (it is put from a flywheel)

Wear of details of coupling

1. Normal wear of fingers

2. The increased wear of a diaphragm

3. The increased wear of fingers

4. Breakage or deformation of fingers of a diaphragm spring

5. Distortion of a press disk

6. The increased wear of a press disk

7. The increased wear of fingers

8. The place of the increased wear

Places of check of a drive plate of coupling

1. Bends of springs

2. Rivets

Sizes of the release bearing

And = 49 (±0,4) mm (Fichtel&Sachs bearing),

51,5 (±1,0) mm (SKF bearing)

As a rule, replacement is demanded by only a frictional disk, however it is necessary to check a condition of all details.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a flywheel and check a condition of the directing bearing.
2. If the bearing jams at a provorachivaniye, then replace it, having got a stripper and having pressed a mandrel.
3. Check a condition of a surface of a frictional disk. At detection of oiling eliminate a leak, having replaced epiploons. The frictional disk when dismantling should be replaced irrespective of its state. Check a disk beating to establish a condition of a press disk and a casing of coupling.
4. Together with a frictional disk it is necessary to replace also the release bearing. Remove the release bearing (1) from a main shaft, remove a spring (3) and remove the lever (2). Check a condition of the lever and collect knot upside-down.
5. Check wear of the rubbing flywheel surface, having put caliber. At strong wear replace a flywheel.
6. Check a condition of a surface of a press disk, a diaphragm spring and fingers of a spring. When dismantling, or after the considerable run, coupling is recommended to be replaced.

Installation

The correct position of the lever of switching off of coupling after assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clear a flywheel and coupling. Establish coupling, having combined tags, and wrap bolts by hand.
2. Center a disk by means of a mandrel which has to enter the directing bearing and gradually and evenly tighten coupling bolts. Previously establish a disk on pins (arrow), using the tags put when dismantling.
3. Grease a flute of the release bearing (And yes In – places of lubricant), the rubbing surfaces of a fork and a vent of a main shaft of the check point with refractory lubricant. Install the bearing. Establish transmission.
