Orientation of the rubber elastic hinge of a support of a reducer


1. Lift a back part of the car.
2. Remove a reducer.
3. Apply tags of mutual orientation to the leading gear wheel and on a nut.
4. Raskontrite also turn off a nut, holding a flange.
5. By means of a stripper press a flange from a gear wheel. If on the condensed surface of a flange there is a flute from an epiploon, then address for consultation in car service concerning replacement of this detail.
6. Carefully remove an epiploon with an assembly hook or the screw-driver.
7. Grease and by means of a mandrel press a new epiploon.
8. Insert a flange, having greased its surface, wrap a flange nut. Tighten a nut a dynamometer key and define the inhaling moment at which the tags put when dismantling are combined. This moment has to is close to the size specified in subsection 9.2. If this moment is less than norm, then it is necessary to replace the expansion plug of bearings of the leading gear wheel (it is carried out in car service).
9. If the moment of an inhaling is reached before coincidence of tags, then immediately stop a nut inhaling.

It is forbidden to tighten a nut a little further of tags, and then to release as in this case the expansion plug of bearings of the leading gear wheel is deformed.
