9.8. Removal of air from a coupling hydraulic actuator

GENERAL INFORMATION

Pumping of system will be required every time after carrying out dismantling and assembly of the highway of a hydraulic actuator of coupling.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Bring liquid level in a tank to mark MOVE.

2. Lift a car front.

3. Remove a cap, dress a hose on the cylinder union. Lower other end a hose in the capacity filled on 1/3 brake fluid.

4. Ask the assistant to press a coupling pedal several times to the full and to uderdzhivat a pedal of pressed. Unscrew the pumping union on 1/2 turns. Tighten the union after a liquid exit. Ask the assistant to release a pedal.

5. Repeat the procedure until the hose with liquid does not cease to leave vials of air. Constantly you watch level, – the tank has to be filled with liquid.

6. At the pressed pedal tighten the union, dress a cap and lower the car. Restore liquid level in a tank.
