Tension regulator is not subject to repair.

Check of the regulator of tension is carried out in car service.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
Generator of Bosch

2. The regulator is mounted on the generator case. Unscrew screws and remove the regulator (turn off nuts, remove the small casing closing conclusions, turn off nuts and uncover). Keep in mind that on a part of generators of Bosch the regulator is mounted in brush knot.

3. Installation is carried out upside-down. Check a condition of contact rings.

4. Remove the generator.
5. Remove a back cover, the holder of the rectifier, unscrew screws and remove the regulator.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down.
